Le loup-garou ramène à ses origines le mythe d'un homme accablé par une terrible malédiction. Lawrence Talbot, est un noble anglais tourmenté qui est attiré au domaine familial à la suite de la disparition de son frère. Retrouvant son père avec lequel il est en froid, Lawrence se lance à la recherche de son frère... pour finalement découvrir son propre destin horrible.
